Default Minecraft Server Commands

The built-in Minecraft commands you'll use most on a server, and how to run them from Beacon's Console or in game.

Updated 2 min read

These commands come with Minecraft itself, so they work on Vanilla, Paper, Fabric, Forge and NeoForge. Plugins and mods add more.

Where to run them

  • From the panel: open your server, go to Console, type the command in the box at the bottom and press Enter. Leave out the /.
  • In game: you need to be an operator. Type / and the command.

To make yourself an operator, run op YourName in Console.
