# How to View and Pay Invoices

## See your invoices

1. Log in and open [Billing → Invoices](/billing/invoices).
2. **Invoice history** lists every invoice, with its date, service, amount and **Status**: **Paid**, **Unpaid**, **Due Soon** or **Overdue**.
3. Click an invoice to open it. You can download it as a PDF from there.

## Pay an invoice

1. Open the unpaid invoice.
2. Pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal.

You can also pay from the service itself: an invoice that's due shows on the service page under **Renewal & payment**, with **View & pay invoice**.

## Why do I have an invoice to pay?

If **Automatic renewal** is off, or nothing is saved to charge, each renewal is sent as an invoice to pay within 7 days. To have renewals charged automatically, turn on **Automatic renewal** on the service page and save a card or wallet, or connect PayPal.

## Overdue invoices

If an invoice isn't paid in time, the service gets a short grace period, then the server is suspended until it's paid. Pay it from the invoice and the server comes back.
