How to Submit Minecraft Logs

When requesting support for your Minecraft server hosted by Beacon Hosting, submitting your server logs is essential. These logs help our team identify and resolve issues quickly and accurately.

Steps to Submit Your Minecraft Server Logs

  1. Access Your Server Files
Log in to your Beacon Hosting control panel and open your Minecraft server’s file manager.

  2. Locate the Log File
Navigate to the logs folder. Find the file named latest.log — this contains the most recent session's data.

  3. Download the Log
Click to download latest.log to your device.

  4. Attach the Log to Your Ticket
When submitting a support ticket, either:

    • Upload the latest.log file as an attachment, or
    • Open the file, copy its contents, and paste them into your ticket message.

💡 TIP: Always include the most recent log after an issue occurs. If the issue involves a crash, also check for crash reports in the crash-reports/ folder.
