How to Add a Sub-User on the Beacon Hosting Billing Panel

Adding sub-users allows you to delegate management of your servers securely, without sharing your primary account credentials. This guide explains how to add a sub-user for a specific server.

Step 1: Log in to the Billing Panel

Go to Beacon Hosting Billing Panel and log in using your primary account credentials.

Step 2: Navigate to the Server

  1. Go to the Servers list.
  2. Select the server you want to add a sub-user to.

Step 3: Open the Users Tab

  1. Inside the selected server, click the Users tab.
  2. This is where you manage sub-users and their permissions for this specific server.

Step 4: Add a Sub-User

  1. Click Add User.
  2. Enter the sub-user’s email address.
  3. Select the permissions you want to assign (e.g., start/stop server, manage files, access console).
  4. Click Add to confirm.

The sub-user will receive an email invitation to set up their access.

Note: Assign permissions carefully. Sub-users can manage server functions based on the access you grant, but they do not have your main account password.
